Site layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend identifying different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
